Change dilemma

Fear it or Tear it 😉

I don’t know about others, but what I have realized after exploring some part of my life is that we are always busy creating an Identity of ourselves in our surroundings (i.e. friend-circle, family, peers, etc) that we like to be seen by others, but the thing we don’t realize is the ultimate nature of our life, Truth which is transpicuous.

I know this may sound somewhat unfamiliar or out of track to you, let me clear the clouds for you…

Have you ever been in a situation where all your peers are doing something and you, who used to enjoy that very same thing some time ago due to your previous identity and is now feeling uncomfortable/confined, since you might have grown up on your inner level but now finding it challenging to back your side for the truth?

A little bit intimidating?😬

This might be a slight tinge of change dilemma.

The condition where we know “it” , but can’t admit “it” !

It’s not fully our fault, sometimes conditions are like that, and sometimes we are like that.

But what’s wrong in being true, at least to ourselves. This is the first and the last step of the remedy for this so-called “change dilemma”.

The moment we are 100% true to ourselves, the very next moment it’s not a big deal for us whether the world around us exists or not because it’s the ultimate liberation from your self-made identity. Now you are no-more worried about someone’s opinion or being judged. It’s the moment from which you held yourself to your true self whatever the condition and believe me, the real joy of life lies in our experience with truth because we know it’s universal and known to everyone(though very few admit) and needs no validation.

And all this starts with the “reflection process” (another term in our armory😁)i.e. introspection and for that, we need some time and space of ours.

Let me tell you a small hack tested by me:

  • Phasting: Phone+fasting. What I use to practice is periodic abstinence from my smartphone, especially social media(although I am only active on WhatsApp😂) ranging from 48 hours or sometimes 100 hours no social media(only for once in 24 hours for 10–15 minutes, that's too for college updates).

Initially, it may feel uncomfortable or disconnected, but you can fill the gap with something like a talk with family members(if possible), talk with a writer(i.e. reading a good book), self-talk, and at last writing down anything about your reflections.

Slowly and gradually you can yourself notice a surge of transformation emerging from within which is constantly propelled by your directional efforts.

You can try this(Phasting) if you want and if you got your own way out then, please share and help others, cause :

When we share, it shows we care 🤝

and

When we help, we can quench any yelp 😊

And remember, at this stage, you might be:

I am not what I think I am, I am not what you think I am, I am what I think you think I am 🤔😁

But soon, there will be only YOU 🤩

Thanks for making it this far with me, hope you enjoyed my Phasting 😂 method, do comments/reply for any proposal, suggestion, feedback. I will relish your reply.

Before the next post, eager to listen your triumph 📈 in reply.
